Terms of Service (TOS)

1. Advertising Restrictions

We will not accept any video which belongs to the following categories. Please do not order our service, if you promote following services, products, contents directly or indirectly using your videos.

1. Child pornography, abusing children or animals.
2. Viruses/malware and other harmful computer programs.
3. Illegal drugs, drinks and related products.
4. Terrorist promotions and hateful/hurtful contents.
5. Third party trademarks and copyrighted contents.
6. Online scams, gambling services, and illegal products and services in the world.
7. All other products and services that are banned by Google Adwords, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

If we find any user who promotes above mentioned products or services, we will immediately suspend the user without any proper warning.

2. Delivering Orders

By submitting your video, you create a new campaign on our platform. Each campaign will have different plans (packages) that offer different features. We will not be responsible to deliver your order, if you cannot follow the terms listed below.

1. A campaign can have unlimited videos, but all of them must belong to a one YouTube channel.
2. You must keep your videos public without any restrictions from the host.
3. You cannot submit live videos for the promotion.
4. You must improve your channel contents by following our guidelines.
5. You must follow all our terms shown on this page.

If you are unable to follow above terms, we will be no longer responsible for delivering our service.

3. Payments

You are eligible to cancel your payment anytime for the first 30 days from your purchased date. Please note that we will charge 20% of your payment as a service fee during this time. After that, we will not refund your money until we complete your campaign. If we are unable to deliver it (in case you have not violated our terms here), we will refund your full payment to your user account as credits. Furthermore,

1. By transferring a payment to us physically or virtually, you agree that you have read our terms of service very carefully.
2. You agree that you spend your own bank account, credit/debit cards, wallet to pay the fees.
3. To avoid common frauds on the internet, we will only issue refunds to the person or the company who purchase our service.

We are not able to issue a refund in any case that you violate the terms shown above.

4. Your Data

By creating a user account on this website, you agree to submit your real data. In case you have submitted anonymous/incorrect data, we will consider you as a threat. We will no longer support any fake people, scammers or anonymous users. You can erase your data at any time and cancel our service under the following terms.

1. You confirm you have submitted us your real personal data.
2. You confirm you have only one user account on this platform.
3. You confirm that you have fully paid your service fees that were issued by us.

Once you have erased your data, you cannot undo that process and restore your account.

5. Browser Cookies

To provide a better service, we use browser cookies, which are small text files that locate in your device memory. By accessing this website, you agree to store these browser cookies and let us remember your activities.

1. It is your responsibility to remove these browser cookies, if you terminate our service. We can support you to terminate your user account correctly, if you can contact our support team.

WHEN PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. FURTHERMORE,

1. This service is an offsite SEO (Optimize your videos from the outside of YouTube) service only.
2. We are not affiliated with YouTube directly. You accept that we are not liable to their service agreement.
3. We are unable to increase your subscribers, if you have any internal issues such as quality issues with the contents, customer care problems, legal issues, and any other direct or indirect variables that affect your channel’s reputation.
4. We will NOT be responsible to fix errors in YouTube platform, and their servers.
5. We will count the views that we send, even if your video is down.
6. We will not be responsible to deliver your orders, if you do not follow our guidelines or the terms of the service.
7. We will be no longer responsible for your results, if third-parties (Top management or the legal owner of the websites you work, Governments, Law and Jurisdiction, other tech companies such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn) interrupt our work.

7. Freelancing

You can work at home and support our staff online. But please note that this is not a full-time employment. You work with us as a hobby and it might pay you some money. The freelancers who work at home for us will be subjected to following restrictions.

1. You cannot use a robot, automated software, imacro or similar techniques to do your work.
2. Credits you earn will be charged back, if we find your work is incomplete, inappropriate, or incorrect.
3. You will not earn credits, if you select wrong answers for our audit forms, security questions, or similar steps that collect your true feedback.
4. You will not earn credits, if you reload, restart, skip the work process at any point.
5. You will get suspended from our network and linked services anytime, if you violate our TOS and rules.

The freelance service (work at home) feature is designed to support innocent people who suffer after the pandemic. Our intention is to help less educated computer users to get some money from their free time. If you abuse this service, we will terminate your account anytime without any warning.

8. Withdrawals

Credits you have in your account can be withdrawn using a payout processor such as PayPal. But this process will be subjected to many restrictions.

1. The email you use to login to your account must be registered in the payout processor with the same name.
2. You cannot reverse/undo and take your credits back once you have requested a payout.
3. In case you add a wrong email to receive money, we are unable to change it. It is your responsibility to use a working email to receive money.
4. You cannot reverse/undo and take your credits back once you have requested a payout.
5. To prevent frauds, we will have to check your user account before releasing your money. Therefore, be prepared for a waiting time which can take up to 30 days, depending on your work history.
6. You have to pay a small service fee to receive your money without any interruption.
7. The service fee is subjected to change anytime.

By submitting a payout request, you confirm that you have read our TOS carefully. We do our best to pay your money. It is your responsibility to work accurately to support our staff.

9. Termination

Both you and us may terminate this agreement at any time with notice to the other. On termination, you lose the right to access or use the services on this website. We will still have the right to get your feedback, if you have not fully erased your data. You have to follow the following steps to terminate your account on this website.

1. Login to your user account and close it via user settings.
2. Contact our support team to erase all data immediately.
3. Erase all cookies and cache in your web browser.
